The wonders of the 21st Century continue to influence the way we create art. For Canadian rockers Arkavello, it helped them in creating the psychedelic visuals that accompany their recent single, “Home Sweet Home.”
The video — produced by AI technology (VQGAN+CLIP) — is described by the band as an experience “designed to take the listener on a euphoric journey through the strange realities of the unknown.” Perfectly appropriate, seeing as we’re all navigating the new digital landscape together, at this very moment in time.
Sonically and lyrically, “Home Sweet Home” calls to mind the hypnotic grooves and richly-developed concepts of Muse, as it tells a thought-provoking tale of extra-terrestrial love.
