On Saturday, May 1, Live from the 615 will welcome Casey Jo & The Friday Night Dads. The four-piece will return to the Helping Our Music Evolve stage after joining us in January, fresh off the heels of their 2020 album, Twin Mind. If their previous performance is any indication, you can expect a generous helping of raw, Americana-infused rock and roll
Borrowed Sparks’ debut album, The Prettiest One Left, has been described as “a prime cut of American rock and roll.” The Nashville-based band will perform songs from the record, as well as some soon-to-be-released material.
Joining Borrowed Sparks will be Stray Nova, a Tennessee-based trio whose brand of rock and roll includes a hint of blues and mischief.
Nashville-based songstress Hollie Hammel — who has performed alongside artists including Brandi Carlile, Hans Zimmer, Lindsay Ell, and many others — will kick off the night at 7 p.m. CT. She will be followed at 8 p.m. CT by lo-fi pop artist Sally Duhon, whose debut single “Cozi” discusses mental health and self-awarness. Closing out the night at 9 p.m.
