Eight acts. \nOne EPIC first Friday of summer. \nUnderground Music Collective — that’s us! — will return to our homeland of Bethlehem\, PA for a summertime party unlike any we’ve ever thrown. \nWe’ll once again team with our friends at Your Next Favorite Band at SteelStacks\, as we present Sounds of the Underground: Songwriters of Eastern Pennsylvania. This special evening full of homegrown talent will take place on Friday\, June 21 — the first Friday of summer — beginning at 7:30 p.m. \nOur performers are… \n\nAlex Radus (Folk/Singer-songwriter)\nBren (Indie/Alternative)\nChelsea Mitchell of Dirty Dollhouse (Alt-Americana)\nGreg Adams of TIOGA (Rock)\nKuf Knotz & Christine Elise (Hip Hop/Alternative)\nTye Vallone & Brie Emsee of The Groove Merchants (Blues/Rock/Soul)\n\nThen\, we kick the evening into overdrive at 9 p.m.\, right across 1st St. on the Highmark Blue Shield Community Stage on the Air Products Town Square. There\, we’ll be joined by high-powered\, harmonic rock band The Beautiful Distortion\, before closing the evening with Radus’ well-regarded alt-rock project\, Hot4Robot. \nOh\, and one more thing… it’s free to attend!
