Jazzy the Uncontrolled Goddess is poet, spoken word artist, author, speaker, and certified mindset coach. She is an all-around creative; one who believes we were all created to create. Hence the name, Goddess. Jazzy is uncontrolled, meaning that she has limitless possibilities and can’t be placed in a box. 

As UMC’s Community Manager, Jazzy specializes in hosting artist showcases, interviewing creatives, and providing support to the team in various ways. Jazzy is known for her insight and ability to genuinely connect with her audience, making her the perfect fit to relate to our community of UnderDogs.

As a mindset coach, Jazzy displays her passion for service by guiding others on their journey through innerstanding — a true understanding of self.

As an artist, Jazzy has performed her poetry throughout the southeastern U.S., including TEDx, UnderDogs Across Borders, and our 2025 NOLA MusiCon preview event in New Orleans. Jazzy has self-published numerous poetry and self-help books, including The Uncontrolled Goddess Handbook, Life Goes On, and Poetic Justice. 

Jazzy’s overall mission is to use her voice to have a positive impact on the world — one word, one line, and one rhyme at a time.
