Help UMC Support Disaster Relief Efforts in Middle Tennessee

Despite the postponement of our March Underground Writers Round due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns, we still encourage you to support ongoing disaster relief efforts in the wake of the tornadoes that ravaged Middle Tennessee.

We have set up a way to donate to Hands On Nashville on our Facebook page. We understand that things are tight for many of you, with the economic impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak on our industry still taking shape. However, if you do have a few dollars to spare, please consider pitching in. If you don’t, we simply ask that you consider sharing this post.

Either way, we appreciate your support for our community.

In Response to Last Night’s Nashville Tornadoes

Our hearts are with the entire Nashville community in the wake of the devastating tornadoes that touched down in different parts of the city.

We love this community, and are heartbroken to learn of the destruction caused to lives, homes, and businesses late last night and this morning. We want you to know that we are here to help in any way possible, and will use our platform to share news pertaining to recovery efforts in the days and weeks ahead.

For now, we offer you this post from Nashville Scene, which provides resources on how to help, and how to get help. Read the article here.

Lastly, please be kind to each other, no matter where you are.
