This past Monday, Ninja made recently-reunited pop punks The Plumcocks her Ninjapedia Band of the Week. She also promised the world premiere of their new single, “Run to Me,” on this past Tuesday’s edition of The Fyre and Ice Show.

On Friday, “Run to Me” was unleashed on the rest of the world, and it serves as an aggressive entry point into the band’s forthcoming album, expected to be released this year. The tune is a true crowd pleaser; on one hand, its loud and fast nature is sure to satisfy punks who prefer a harder edge. On another, “Run to Me” has enough “pop” in its pop punk equation to appeal to a broader audience.
