We have a new video from Easton’s Roi and the Secret People, just in time for the band’s acoustic performance at SouthSide 313 as part of the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series.

The live video, set to the band’s emotionally stirring performance of Nick Cave’s “The Ship Song,” was filmed during the band’s WSCI Summer Concert Series studio session last summer at Studio 73 (now the home of WLVU: The Sound of The Underground).

Many of the selections recorded during that session ended up on the band’s new “Truck Stop Sushi” vinyl EP. This version of “The Ship Song” can be counted among them, and will also be included in the band’s digital “Bento Box,” free to anybody who purchases “Truck Stop Sushi” at the band’s website.
