PHOTOS: Roi and the Secret People at Steel Pub

My plan for Saturday night was always to head to Northampton’s Hammerhead Lounge. That’s where Signs of Madness and VICTIM would be performing Part 1 of their two-part No Remedy for Madness series, which will conclude this coming Friday in Atlantic City.

With a late start time, though, there was time for a pit stop.

So, before leaving Bethlehem, I made sure to swing by Steel Pub to visit Roi and the Secret People for their first set of the night, just in time to capture this stirring rendition of “Saturn Girl.” This was RSP’s first gig at the venue, and those in attendance had the opportunity to enjoy four hours of original rock from throughout the Easton quintet’s discography, including selections from the band’s recently-released vinyl EP, “Truck Stop Sushi.”
