Catalina Brings the Summer Heat with ‘Distance’

When Catalina joins us at The East Room on October 2 for our inaugural edition of 615Fest, fall will decidedly be underway.

However, if she performs her latest single, “Distance,” the summer heat will undoubtedly turn back up for at least a few minutes!

The hot summer single — released back on July 23 — is a kiss-off to those former flames who make us richer for their absence. “Distance” is exquisitely constructed; the tune leads off with an absolutely iconic saxophone riff, features a nifty bridge with harmonizing guitars, and is kissed with warm synth-pop accents throughout. Tying it all together, of course, is the Chilean-born songwriter’s inviting vocal tones, which are utilized to deliver a major-league melody that will stick in your mind long after the summer sun has bid adieu.

You won’t want to keep your “Distance” from this one. Stream it below!
