Nashville-based singer-songwriter Leah Nobel recently released her full-length album, “Running in Borrowed Shoes,” as an exploration of the human condition. The 10-track offering is the culmination of 100 interviews Nobel conducted with individuals of all ages, social statuses, and orientations, dealing with topics including (but not limited to) love, nature, war, and the essence of life itself.

This project was undertaken in an effort to reveal a simple truth: We have more in common than we think.

Beacon, NY future pop five-piece The Stash enjoyed a busy back half of 2018. The band re-defined its sound, releasing a series of singles to let new and old listeners alike into their slick-sounding world.

On Friday, they kicked off winter by leaving a lasting impression as 2018 came to a close.

In addition to 10 free performances presented by Lehigh Valley Underground at this weekend’s SouthSide Arts and Music Festival, patrons who purchase a pass at SteelStacks.org will have the opportunity to check out 20+ paid shows from regional- and national-touring artists.
