March 20 Underground Writers Round Postponed

With events in Nashville and nationwide being canceled left and right as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, we have concluded alongside our partners at AGD Entertainment (Zero To 60 By AGD) that it is in the best interests of everyone — staff, performers, and patrons alike — to postpone our March 20 Underground Writers Round. We find that the best way to prevent worsening the outbreak is to prevent it from entering the building, and there are a lot of unknowns about who might currently be carrying the virus. We are gutted that we have to do this, especially considering the charitable nature of this month’s event, but we do feel it is the responsible decision for all involved.

We will be rescheduling all of these performers in conjunction with AGD Entertainment at a future round to be determined. Also, we will be setting up a link for those who wish to donate to Hands On Nashville, whose disaster recovery efforts from the March 3 tornadoes still continue.

We appreciate your understanding, and hope to be able to return to Douglas Corner Cafe for our next scheduled round on Friday, April 17.

Yours in Music
