As told by the artist herself, indie pop artist Elisabeth Beckwitt‘s EP Indigo is intended to show listeners “the kind of life we can expect to find on the other side of recovery. A life where we embrace our inner strength and allow ourselves to move past whatever baggage is keeping us from moving forward in both our relationships with others and with ourselves.”

Beckwitt — who is open about her own personal battles with anxiety, depression, and addiction — hits the mark, exploring the process of finding out and accepting who we are, and causing listeners to think about their relationships with themselves and those they love.
