Those in local music circles may best know Ross Huber as the guitarist and backing vocalist for Lehigh Valley-based power pop band, Summer Scouts.

Now, be prepared to hear him as you never have before!

Huber has launched a side project, Hill Climb Music, which showcases a different side to his musical sensibilities. Look no further for an example than debut single “Young Man,” an uptempo, rootsy piece of outlaw country. The tune’s down-home guitar work is coupled with a rugged vocal that screams out for independence.
