Fresh off the heels of “Know Better” — which, at last check, has well-surpassed 110,000 streams on Spotify — the single employs cool, neon synth tones layered on top of trap beats and pounding 808s, as DeVries tell the story of a fast-moving, hard-living woman who makes her money by any means necessary.
Accompanying DeVries’ soulfully delivered melody is hip hop artist Yonna Jones, who hits us with a hot, eight-measure bridge that packs the punch and confidence of a woman who knows her purpose and worth.
