Every year, the Greater Lehigh Valley Music Association (GLVMA) uses its flagship event of the Lehigh Valley Music Awards to give back to the young talent around us.
For those of you just joining us, we announced the Lehigh Valley Underground 2nd Birthday Spectacular on Monday. It’s going to take place Friday, January 19, 2018 at the ArtsQuest Center’s Blast Furnace Room at SteelStacks, and will feature Dear Anna, Kill the Broadcast, Kara Hartzell, and perhaps some fun surprises that we’re cooking up. Overall, it’s kind of a big deal.

We were excited enough just to learn that we were nominated for eight Lehigh Valley Music Awards. We also can’t wait to be in attendance to see who comes away with honors at the LVMAs this March.
We’re so pumped, in fact, that we’ve decided to get the party started a bit early. Say, an hour early…
Lauren Marsh and LVU have been supportive of one another for a while now. Last year, we reviewed her EP, “Veracity,” and hosted her on The Quinn Spinn. Lauren has shown us love, as well, keeping us posted on her musical journey and showing some love for us on Twitter.
