Welp… we had so much fun announcing our August 18 Live from the 615 show at The East Room, that we’re going to go ahead and announce it again — with an updated lineup!
Welcome Dan Fuson to the Lineup!
On Wednesday, August 18, we’ll welcome Dan Fuson, New Suede, A Tribe of Horsman, and Down Boy into the heart of East Nashville.
It’s been a big year for Dan Fuson. Not only did he absolutely slay a Live from the 615 virtual performance earlier this spring, but before that, he released an EP, Young + Improving, which pushed musical boundaries and cemented him as one of the most versatile pop rock artists in all of Nashville.
New Suede consists of Chandler Mills Brown, Elijah Perron, Alex Ramsay, and Matt MacPhail. The Murfreesboro-based rock and roll band are veterans of the Nashville rock scene, and have had a nice amount of streaming success — their single, “Taxi,” has accrued more than 20,000 Spotify streams to date.
A Tribe of Horsman recently participated in a spirited edition of UMC Fun -N- Games. Fronted by Dhalton Horsman, the trio also features Sean van Rossum (bass) and Aaron Hopkins (drums). Together, they’re working on their debut record, which we might hear a bit of riiiiight around the time of this show.
And then, there’s Down Boy. They’re also Fun -N- Games alums, and they just released a sick new video for their song, “Traction,” which has already amassed more than 1,000 views. To top it off, they’re one of the tightest trios you’ll ever hear play live. Prepare to be amazed!
We told you we had more fun planned this summer in the world of Live from the 615.
Learn MoreThe spirited lads of Down Boy are always a good time, and they happen to be impeccable musicians to boot! We’ll get to hear them play a sorta-stripped down set on this edition of Fun -N- Games… after they play charades with Michelle and Jenna, of course.
Seriously, y’all… this episode is hilarious. Don’t miss it!
Watch it Live! (6 p.m. CT)
One thing was for sure: when Down Boy joined us Live from the 615 back on April 11, it was best not to blink. If you did, there was a chance you’d miss something incredible!

We’ve been working over-overtime so far in 2021. So, we’re taking a brief retreat next week to stretch our legs and explore.
However, we have something to hold you over while you anxiously await our return: Introducing the Live from the 615 Summer Rewind!
Learn moreFueled by chaos and reckless behavior, Forts Like Vana is disrupting the rock scene with their raw attitudes and live sound. Their honest lyrics, punching rhythms, and loud guitar hooks are catching hearts and fans worldwide.
Joining the bill are Down Boy, the Nashville-based psychedelic funk-gospel trio whose 2020 album, ‘…Let Go,’ features popular tunes like “Can’t Help Myself” and “Under the Light.”

Previously, we had announced that Forts Like Vana and King Locomotive would perform a Live from the 615 Virtual Showcase on Sunday, April 11. King Locomotive had a travel conflict arise for that date, and we are working on rescheduling them for later this spring.
In the meantime, we still have a show for you that night. Read on for details!
