#TitanUp with Nate Bain, Social Media Director for the Tennessee Titans

Nate Bain is the Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing for the Tennessee Titans. He and the organization are also avid supporters of independent music, having hosted the first-ever Titans Battle of the Bands last year at Fifth & Broadway in Nashville.

Today on The Quinn Spinn, we welcome Nate for a discussion on social media, community building, the Nashville music scene, and even a little bit of football.

Shirtless Scotty and Getting Real About Causes (ft. The OG Quinn Spinn Family)

The real question is not whether Scotty does this episode shirtless. It’s how many members of the OG family spend the episode partially nude — and on 6/9, no less!

It’s not all fun and games, however. After the clothes go back on, a discussion about the causes we support takes a serious turn, and we look to use our usually-silly platform to make the world a better place.

Using Art to Affect Positive Change: An Inspiring Conversation with Ken Newman

Powerful. Inspiring. Insightful. All of those words are fitting when describing this conversation with Ken Newman. Ken is a musician, actor, comedian, photographer, magician, and all-around good human being whose new album, What Am I Afraid Of?, tackles modern political and social issues head on.

His charity, Blanket the Homeless, has provided care packs to between 8,000 and 9,000 unhomed individuals and families in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In addition, the organization’s eponymous album features contributions from Grammy-winning artists, notable producers, and many more. Raise your hand if you’re a recovering people pleaser!

If that sounds like you, then you know it can be a challenge to learn how to choose yourself — or, what “choosing yourself” even means.

I’ve recently come to my own discovery, and I want to share it with you.

What is Gained from Letting Go? (Quinn Spinn Solo Mission #9)

As we continue our journeys as humans and entrepreneurs, we often come face to face with the reality that nothing lasts forever. We all encounter situations where we must let go — of situations, habits, and even relationships.

Letting go can be hard, but it doesn’t come without silver linings.

Unscripted and From the Heart: Thoughts on the Healing Journey, Relationships, and Family (ft. Foundation Mecca and Lord Goldie)

A few weeks ago, we celebrated Sunday Funday with Lord Goldie, Foundation Mecca, and Chaun Davis of ViB. However, after the episode was when things got even more real.

Foundation and Goldie stuck around after the show, and we went extra deep on life, our relationships, and our own healing journeys — while the Zoom meeting was still recording the whole thing! The raw honesty and vulnerability is quite unlike anything we’ve ever presented here at The Quinn Spinn, and we wanted to make our truth available to you as a bonus episode!

Scotty Rock Bares All? Cashing in on that Beanie Baby Collection, and Spelunking in the Outhouse (ft. The OG Quinn Spinn Family)

Does Scotty really bare all on this episode? Only one way to find out, and that is to listen! And, even if he doesn’t, perhaps there are clues about what you need to do to make it happen. 😉

Truthfully, the episode title is long enough as it is, but that doesn’t even begin to cover how many topics we covered in an hour, and how off-the-rails this conversation went. When the OG crew gets together, you should expect nothing less.

Life, Relationships, Mental Health, and Music: A Heart-to-Heart with Trevor Hill

I met Trevor Hill at a show back in March. After chatting for about five to 10 minutes, I knew I had to have him on The Quinn Spinn.

It was a great decision, because this episode goes DEEP! Not only do we dig into the life of a musician here in Nashville, but we talk about mental health, relationship dynamics, and how it all ties together. Get ready for a real one!
