Go ‘Out to Lunch’ This Spring with LVU and SouthSide Arts District

While you wait patiently for news on the March edition of the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series – it’s coming soon, we promise! – we’re excited to announce another fun performance opportunity we’re offering alongside our community partners at SouthSide Arts District starting in May.

We are proud to co-present the new Out to Lunch series. Starting Friday, May 4 on the South Bethlehem Greenway (between New & Adams Streets), attendees can enjoy the beautiful weather, catch a free concert, and rock their lunches from 12-2 p.m. Partake in discounted take-out lunch specials, live music, and pop-up vendors. Every week will showcase a different sound and style. Picnic tables and blankets will be provided, but seating is limited.

Now, for the “live music” part of this equation: we are looking for artists to perform as a part of Out to Lunch this spring and summer! The only requirements are as follows:

  • You must be available from 12-2 p.m. on the Friday of your performance.
  • Due to the laid-back nature of the series, solo/acoustic performers are preferred.
  • You need to tell us more about yourself using the form below!

We will be accepting performers on a rolling basis. Please feel free to reach out to us at lehighvalleyunderground@gmail.com with any questions!
