Philly psych pop quartet Ceramic Animal is back with “So Familiar,” the dreamy first single from the band’s upcoming album, set to release this spring.

“So Familiar” features a slow groove powered by the prominent bass line of Dallas Hosey, which gives this hazy ballad its backbone and lends support to Warren Regan’s sweet vocal melody. The frontman’s guitar work also shines on the track, which is clean and slightly bluesy early on before a gritty and distorted, yet sensual solo serves as the outro.
