Hip hop producer Trippy Ja has dropped “Said So,” a moody track with a cool ambiance and contributions from two of the greater Philadelphia region’s brightest rising stars.

The soulful single features Philly-based rapper Werdplay, whose quick delivery on the song’s opening verse stands out over the layered tension of the instrumental. “Said So” also offers us a different side of pop singer Cubbage, who ventures into R&B and neo-soul territory between a sensual hook and emotional second verse.
