As a female artist writing and producing her own music, MOLLÄ’ has a unique perspective on what it takes to find sustained success in the music industry. The GRAMMY-nominee, who splits her time between Nashville and Los Angeles, joins The Quinn Spinn today to discuss her efforts in bringing equity to male-dominated segments of the industry, and provides insight into the realities of living life outside of the box.

Despite the postponement of our March Underground Writers Round due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns, we still encourage you to support ongoing disaster relief efforts in the wake of the tornadoes that ravaged Middle Tennessee.
We have set up a way to donate to Hands On Nashville on our Facebook page. We understand that things are tight for many of you, with the economic impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak on our industry still taking shape. However, if you do have a few dollars to spare, please consider pitching in. If you don’t, we simply ask that you consider sharing this post.
Either way, we appreciate your support for our community.

Nailing The Katawicks‘ sound down to a single genre can be challenging, and that’s exactly what’s so exciting about this duo of Ohio transplants
Hear the SingleWith events in Nashville and nationwide being canceled left and right as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, we have concluded alongside our partners at AGD Entertainment (Zero To 60 By AGD) that it is in the best interests of everyone — staff, performers, and patrons alike — to postpone our March 20 Underground Writers Round. We find that the best way to prevent worsening the outbreak is to prevent it from entering the building, and there are a lot of unknowns about who might currently be carrying the virus. We are gutted that we have to do this, especially considering the charitable nature of this month’s event, but we do feel it is the responsible decision for all involved.
We will be rescheduling all of these performers in conjunction with AGD Entertainment at a future round to be determined. Also, we will be setting up a link for those who wish to donate to Hands On Nashville, whose disaster recovery efforts from the March 3 tornadoes still continue.
We appreciate your understanding, and hope to be able to return to Douglas Corner Cafe for our next scheduled round on Friday, April 17.

In 2013, Anastasia Elliot was en route to New York City’s LaGuardia Airport to put the finishing touches on her single, “Crash Landing.”
The song took on a new meaning when the landing gear failed on Southwest Airlines Flight 345, sending the plane sliding nose-first along the runway.
