Saturday afternoon and night, a group of musicians led by singer-songwriter Scott Marshall once again came to South Bethlehem’s Steel Pub in the name of pediatric cancer awareness.
Last year, Scott Marshall assembled a group of local musicians for a pediatric cancer benefit at Bethlehem’s Steel Pub.
On June 2, the now-annual event is back with an all-new, multi-genre lineup in the name of helping families of children with cancer.
We break briefly from our regularly scheduled local music content to let you know about Camp Kesem Central Pennsylvania, part of a nationwide network of week-long summer camps supporting children through and beyond their parent’s cancer.
A beautiful day in South Bethlehem, just to the west of the Bethlehem Steel Blast Furnaces, provided a picture perfect atmosphere for Rock & Breakaway from Pediatric Cancer, a benefit organized at The Steel Pub by local singer-songwriter Scott Marshall in conjunction with Lehigh Valley Underground, the Greater Lehigh Valley Music Association, and Rocking the Valley.
