The #LVUMagicSummer just got a touch more magical.
A banner Saturday in South Bethlehem came full circle with positive vibes and a message of unity, sent out by six performers who determined our community is No Place for Hate.
An all-star lineup of local musicians will Come Together at Godfrey Daniels this month to support “No Place for Hate,” a program that aims to help kids throughout Pennsylvania and the U.S. figure out how to get along with each other.

This Saturday night, an all-star lineup of Lehigh Valley performers will Come Together for No Place for Hate at Godfrey Daniels.
Before then — or, if you can’t make it on Saturday night — you can support the cause via a GoFundMe crowdfunding campaign and receive cool incentives, including tickets to upcoming shows at the legendary South Bethlehem listening room.
Here we are: the home stretch of an undeniably epic April.
This month has provided a wealth of fantastic performances and exciting events, and we promise no shortage of those as we close it out with these…
We have a summer’s worth of jamming on the South Bethlehem Greenway ready for you, beginning on Friday, May 4!
Hey, everybody. My name is Michael Duck, I am Not For Coltrane, and I have some new information about our Come Together benefit show coming up on April 28. As we announced last month here on Lehigh Valley Underground, this is a show at Godfrey Daniels benefiting No Place for Hate — a program in schools across the region, the state, and the country that aims to help kids learn how to relate to each other.
Hey, everybody! My name is Michael Duck; I am Not For Coltrane. And at 7 p.m. on April 28, I’ll get to join some amazing performers onstage at Godfrey Daniels for “Come Together 2018,” a show benefiting “No Place for Hate.”
This is our second annual show supporting “No Place for Hate,” a program that’s in schools across the Lehigh Valley — along with 46 school districts across Pennsylvania, and many more across the U.S. It aims to help kids figure out how to get along with each other: Reducing bullying, increasing respect for each other, and challenging anti-Semitism, racism, and bigotry in all its forms.
We had a lot of fun at last year’s show, but this year we’re partnering with Lehigh Valley Underground and SouthSide Arts District to pull together a much bigger event! And for the performance itself, we’re going to have seven (seven!) performers onstage at once, swapping songs and playing together. I’m thrilled that I’ll get to share a stage with these six other performers:
Frigid temperatures in our region couldn’t stop the many hardy souls who braved the elements and came down to South Bethlehem for the first First Friday of 2018.
Earlier this month, we indicated that we’d be taking a brief winter’s nap in January, with regard to the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series.
Well, even with our biggest event to date just two weeks after the fact, we just couldn’t bear the thought of being without plans on Friday, January 5. So, the #LVUFirstFriday party will rage on in the first week of the New Year!
