Holiday Gift Guide for the Content Creator in Your Life!

Here we are, smack in the middle of the holiday season. That means if you haven’t started shopping for those on your list, now would be a great time to start!

If you’re reading this, chances are you know some musicians. And, as we all know in this digital age, musicians are also content creators who need the tools to develop content of the highest quality, right from the comfort of their own homes.

As a seasoned content creator, I’ve picked up some tools of the trade that I cannot live without. So, I partnered with Music on the Move Studios to give you a few holiday gift ideas for the creative artist in your life.

Sunday Replay: Combating Narcissism, Finding Balance, and Rising the Tide

As we move toward the end of the year, it’s mind-blowing to think of how many independent creatives — from Nashville and beyond — joined The Quinn Spinn this year to share incredible insights into their journeys. Overall, the best conversations in the show’s 9+ year history have happened in 2022, and it makes us even more optimistic for the future.

Combine that with the fact that we just found out the show is in the top 5% of most shared podcasts across all of Spotify, and is within the top 30% of most followed podcasts on Spotify, and we can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store!

Before we get there, though, let’s take a look and listen back to some highlights, as we get ready to finish the year strong.

Standing in Our Truth: 2022 in Review with Lauren Gomance

Our first episode with Lauren Gomance of SoulFit Counseling has stood the test of time as our most popular episode of 2022 across all streaming platforms.

Today, Lauren joins us for another round!

The end result? Another deep-diving, insightful conversation about healing, establishing healthy relationships, and showing up as our true selves, while incorporating the lessons we’ve each had a chance to learn in 2022.

Also, we talk about yoga. 🙂

Holistic Hangs: A Chance to Build Community

Let me take you back to the Summer of 2017. Nashville still was not but a twinkle in our eye. The Underground Music Collective you know and love today was known as Lehigh Valley Underground, based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

My hair was shoulder length, and I resembled the GEICO caveman. If you know, you know. If you don’t, consider yourself fortunate. 😉

PHOTOS: DREAMERS at The Basement East (w/ Smallpools & Young Rising Sons)

DREAMERS have been in my orbit for quite some time. I remember back in the early days of this platform — before we moved to Nashville, and before we were even known as Underground Music Collective — when I would drive through the streets of Bethlehem, PA bumping tunes like “Sweet Disaster” and “Wolves (You Got Me),” traveling from gig to gig, and from meeting to meeting.

So, when we had an opportunity to catch them at The Basement East alongside Smallpools (and with the support of New Jersey natives, Young Rising Sons), we had to jump on it!

Sunday Replay: Fighting Different Forms of Abuse; What is Underground Rising?

We’re not afraid to discuss difficult topics on our Official Podcast.

Two of these Sunday Replay clips from The Quinn Spinn deal with combating different forms of abuse, which we hope will create further understanding and inspire productive conversations. In addition, we shed more light on our Underground Rising initiative, whose success will help us produce more thoughtful content like this.
