Philly-based band New Alone have released their new single, “Sixteen,” an emotional, progressive jam that straddles the line between psych and grunge.
After releasing their debut EP “Brain Potion” in March, Kutztown, PA’s Scruft got right back to work and their latest effort drops today. “The Curse of the Scruft” is a unique blend of punk and psychedelic rock, and is a nice follow-up to their earlier release.
Philly-based indie rockers Ceramic Animal are no strangers to the Lehigh Valley or Musikfest. The foursome will perform at their fourth Musikfest this year, with three performances (and a main stage opening slot for Kesha) on tap.
We caught up with the guys, to get a veteran perspective on the nation’s largest free outdoor music festival.
It’s been a minute since we checked in with Sing, Bird of Prey, the self-proclaimed “f***ed up rock n’ roll” band hailing from the Lehigh Valley.
Tape Swap Radio has announced that Psychic Teens, the three-piece post-punk band from Philadelphia, will be performing at the Ice House in Bethlehem on Saturday, February 3, 2018 in a fundraiser for NAMI Lehigh Valley–National Alliance on Mental Illness. Also performing will be Philadelphia/Lehigh Valley hard rockers Big Terrible and Lehigh Valley psychedelic rock band Under the Clothesline. The show is the latest event in Tape Swap Radio’s concert series, which hosts DIY and independent music events throughout the Lehigh Valley.
