Bluegrass sensations The Infamous Stringdusters, indie rockers Delta Rae, folk singer-songwriter Dar Williams, popular Talking Heads Tribute “Start Making Sense,” and blues guitarist Mr. Sipp highlight the 2018 SouthSide Arts & Music Festival, taking place April 20-21 in Bethlehem. The festival, presented by Capital BlueCross, offers attendees a dynamic mix of music and art experiences, and is designed to shine the spotlight on Bethlehem’s SouthSide Arts District. Partial 2017 PA Bacon Fest Music Lineup Announced

 

PA Bacon Fest has announced its highly-anticipated live music lineup for this year’s festival, which will take place in downtown Easton this Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 4-5, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Many local favorites are slated to play the festival, a celebration of nature’s true candy: bacon. While this lineup is not 100 percent complete, it’s most of the way there, and should give you an idea of what to expect.

Full Itinerary for Riverside Festival of the Arts Easton

Easton’s Riverside Festival of the Arts takes place this weekend, September 16 and 17, at Scott and Riverside Parks along the Delaware and Lehigh River meeting in Easton. The festival “celebrates the colorful and creative spirit of Easton” by providing free visual, literary, and performing arts programming throughout the weekend.

Musikfest, Day 9: A Double-Sided Adventure

Dark clouds were again looming over Bethlehem when I got back into town from visiting my brand new niece and going to my friend’s engagement party. It was around 5 p.m., and I wanted to make sure I got to Musikfest before the rains inevitably hit.
